We know you’ve been waiting! We’ve all been waiting! And let me preface the below by saying we are continuing our analyzation of the data. However, what we have so far looks VERY good.
Background: MasterPeace® and Detoxification Research
Human Consciousness Support got to work in 2023 with a pilot clinical study shortly after beginning to sell MasterPeace®. After the results came in, we were even more interested in pursuing clinical testing to see what we could further learn about the efficacy of MasterPeace®, especially now that it was, our MasterPeace® 2.0.
Study Design: Testing Zeolite Supplements for Heavy Metal Removal and Toxin Elimination
Our second study commenced late spring of 2024 and ended at the end of the year. The methods of testing were DMSA provocated urine, hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), Intracellular Toxin Examination via blood using Intracellular Electrical Capacity (IEC) and a Full Blood Count (FBC). We wanted tests at baseline and 120 days.
Challenges: Unexpected Lab Closure and Data Loss in Heavy Metal Detoxification Testing
We definitely ran into some issues. The biggest one was investing quite a bit into another round of the highly specialized IEC testing from IGL lab in Germany that was used in our pilot study. This was the only lab we knew of that was detecting data by looking at how lymphocytes react to toxins in the blood by measuring their electrical response, a sophisticated technique to evaluate the body’s toxic burden and cellular health. Only one lab had the expertise in the public space on how to run the equipment.
Unfortunately, right after the unexpected death of the lab’s founder mid-summer 2024, the lab stopped providing the testing needed for us to continue with our trial. We had already received baseline data, and it was right before we needed our post-intervention testing performed. This also happened to be very shortly after the publication of the peer-reviewed paper detailing the results of our 1st study, which mentioned the name of the lab. We had resisted revealing the lab so as not to risk compromising our chances of getting the 2nd study done, since we knew nowhere else testing publicly for graphene oxide and many other toxic compounds.
Unfortunately, our fears were realized. There we were with baseline results showing just what our 1st study showed, that participants were high in forever chemicals, heavy metals and graphene oxide, yet now not being able to show through iEC what MasterPeace® did to mitigate the toxicity. We were crushed. We were forced to move forward with post intervention testing using only urine, hair and full blood counts.
How the Data Was Analyzed: Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Other Toxin Elimination Methods

In short, it is very good at quantifying interstitial (extracellular) fluid health long term because your hair follicle is bathed in it. Therefore, it becomes part of your hair. And free-floating heavy metals, as well as nutritional and toxic minerals, will be in the interstitial fluid. What a great way to see patterns with repeated testing!
Each diagnostic tool has strengths and weaknesses. Urine is more squirrely. Even if using a provocation agent urine is a snapshot into what is viable at the moment with a little help. So, compared to other days the body will naturally have more or less of a specific toxin available for disposal, which will be obvious from samples, unlike what is true for hair testing. In the case of blood, it brings nutrients to the whole body and is not an elimination pathway. Therefore, the body prioritizes it to remain as clean and healthy as possible.
We can use the urine results to demonstrate variances. For instance, on the baseline test for one participant aluminum was extremely high. They happened to be in the active group and the level did come way down to almost nothing, but there was way more aluminum released than the group average, which was notable. For any that had abnormally low values, the body could be dumping toxins through another route the day of testing because it’s more proper to do so. For instance, if the bowels were moving especially well that day that could make the urine value lower than if that situation was not present. So, deviations from the norm are noted but we remain focused on patterns. Individuals would want to track their own patterns with repeated testing to truly understand what is happening. There’s no way we can discern that for each participant in any reliable way.
Study Participants: Placebo vs. Active Groups in Zeolite Supplement Testing
We ended up with:
Urine testing: 5 placebos and 17 active participants (22)
HTMA: 6 placebos and 16 active participants (22)
FBC: 6 placebos and 18 active participants (24)
IEC Baseline only: 6 placebos and 18 active participants (24)
One participant declined the last hair test so we could not use that data. So, we ended up with 22 participants that completed all testing, which was a much larger sample size than the first study!
Will Houghton, a skilled Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis practitioner, gathered and interpreted the HTMA data for the 22 participants that completed the hair testing. Caroline Mansfield, a Naturopathic Practitioner and the Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical study, handled participant recruitment, coordinated nurses and phlebotomists (blood drawers), ensured test kits were administered correctly, collected data, and maintained compliance with study protocols for the participants.
Key Findings: How MasterPeace® Affects Heavy Metal Removal and Cellular Detoxification
We charted individual data then compared group results. This was the first step because we wanted to see patterns. Individual results understandably vary and so we were primarily after 2 things:
How the active group generally did, using the placebo group as a baseline.
Looking at outliers to assess further.
If you look at the attached charts you will see that regardless of the tool used, hair or urine, there are more changes in the active groups. Those changes represent increases OR decreases. We expect to see both! With a study period of 120 days, you will see toxins going up through the routes of elimination. Or in the case of hair, a product of growth that captures the terrain of circulating interstitial fluid over a few months. What you get from hair is an average value for that period of time. Comparing a treatment group with a placebo group this way holds a lot of weight.
Detox Patterns: What This Means for Zeolite-Based Detoxification and Heavy Metal Chelation
About half the participants in both groups experienced increases in toxin levels with the other half experiencing decreases. The active participants’ increases were generally more significant with little to no symptoms. This likely indicates mobilization and dislodging of toxins from cellular storage. The decreases could signify effective chelation or a reduction in endocrine function due to reduced energy for natural detoxification. Because each participant is on their own detox journey, increases and decreases are both considered good unless endocrine stress is noted. Then it is a matter of slowing down and/or further supporting the body.
For participants to have such large movements in toxins after 120 days is not common with typical detox programs. It usually takes many months to achieve this. To get an overall picture, we were interested in the range of change, not just who’s numbers went up or down by how much. With continued treatment, the amount of excreted toxins for all participants will decrease but only further testing will show how long is typical for this to take.
Since we wanted to know the difference between these 2 groups, we calculated the range of change in each group. This was done 2 ways.
Future Research: Advancing MasterPeace and Heavy Metal Detoxification Science
The placebo group’s lowest and highest reading for baseline and 120 days for each metal was noted for hair and urine. We then calculated the range between the baseline and 120-day numbers and got an absolute number. This represented the amount of movement that tended to occur without treatment for that metal. We did the same for the treatment group.
As a second step we wanted to also see averages for each metal. This was the only way to see patterns. We took the absolute numbers in the placebo group for a metal, added them and divided by the number of participants. We repeated this for the treatment group. That gave us the average movement of metal, whether up or down. To begin with, we just wanted to know what the average movement was, because it’s natural to have fluctuations. We charted this, also.
What you see are clear patterns. The treatment group had more changes. What is also clear is there are a couple toxins MasterPeace® does not preferentially target in a short 120-day period. One is nickel. To be clear, nano sized zeolites have been proven to have an affinity for certain metals based on the toxin’s charge density and average molecular size. Atomic absorption spectroscopy studies show they will generally chelate metals preferentially in the following order: Mercury, lead, tin, cadmium, arsenic, aluminum and finally nickel. Our study findings strongly corroborated this with the exception of lead, showing less changes than would be expected.
Nickel for all practical purposes did not change at all. We may have seen a very slight uptick in nickel chelation with the treatment group but with the relatively small sample size it is impossible to say for sure. One thing is clear, zeolite is either not the strongest chelator of nickel or since it’s preferentially chelating other metals first it needs time to get to the nickel that is at the back of the line. Long term treatment may be necessary or another option entirely.
We will keep you up to date as we analyze further the data. We are very happy to share this journey with you delving deep into anything that is provable regarding MasterPeace®. Even though clinoptilolite zeolite has been shown to be safe, there have been few human studies with it as a general category, let alone a nano zeolite formula. We at Human Consciousness Support believe that all answers to any problem will come from nature, where there exists no lies. In that regard, zeolite holds great promise and so does marine and sea plasma. By putting the best natural ingredients together in a very specific way what we’ve found is we’re really onto something.

I really don't understand comparing the groups since it is not comparing for example a new drug against a placebo group. I have seen where EDTA has shown good results for chelating aluminum but is a poor chelator. It has been found that some EDTA capsules have high amounts of aluminum which explains the high urine levels of aluminum. What is important is the urine analysis before and after. I guess I need more data.
