One of the most common questions we receive is surprisingly simple:
“How much should I take?”
The honest answer is that there is no single dose that is right for everyone. Some assume that if they’re sensitive, they should always take less. Others believe that taking more will always produce better results. In reality, neither assumption is necessarily true.
Detoxification is highly individual. The dose that works best for one person may be completely different from what works best for someone else with a different toxic burden, lifestyle, physiology, nutritional status, or daily environmental exposure.
Our goal has never been to encourage people to take the highest possible dose. Our goal is to help people find the dose that works best for their body.
Why There Isn’t One Perfect Dose
Every day our bodies are exposed to thousands of compounds from food, water, air, personal care products, household chemicals, medications, plastics, and our own normal metabolism. At the same time, each person’s ability to process and eliminate these compounds is different.
Factors that may influence an individual’s ideal dosing strategy include:
Current toxic burden
Ongoing environmental exposures
Nutritional status
Mineral balance
Kidney and liver function
Gut health
Age
Body size
Overall health
Individual sensitivity
This is why one person may do very well on a relatively small amount while another can choose a substantially larger daily intake.
Symptoms Are Not Always a Reliable Guide
Many people assume that detox is working only if they experience symptoms. Others assume that if they feel nothing, nothing is happening.
Neither conclusion is necessarily correct.
Over the last year we’ve observed individuals taking relatively modest amounts of MasterPeace whose hair mineral testing suggested meaningful movement of toxic metals. We’ve also seen individuals taking considerably larger amounts demonstrate similar improvements.
In other words, both lower and higher daily intakes have been associated with measurable changes. Likewise, some people report temporary symptoms while others notice nothing at all. This reminds us that symptoms alone cannot tell us whether detoxification is occurring.
Although research on individualized zeolite dosing remains limited, there are several interesting observations worth considering.
In our latest MasterPeace observational study, participants taking approximately 30 drops per day demonstrated an average reduction of 80% in synthetic silicon emissions, measured using Nonlinear Junction Detection (NLJD) technology. Participants tolerated this amount well and did not report detox-related symptoms during the study.
This doesn’t necessarily mean higher doses are better. However, it does demonstrate that larger daily intakes can be well tolerated in many adults.
Within the broader zeolite community, some practitioners and manufacturers have also reported an interesting observation: individuals who experienced symptoms at lower doses sometimes reported feeling better after increasing their dose instead. While these reports are anecdotal and have not been validated in controlled clinical trials, they challenge the common assumption that reducing the dose is always the best response when symptoms occur.
One proposed explanation is that a larger amount of binding material may provide greater overall binding capacity to anything that may get additionally released when the body starts to ramp up cleansing efforts. At present, however, this remains a hypothesis rather than an established scientific fact.
The important takeaway is not that everyone should increase their dose. Rather, it is that there is currently no evidence proving that lowering the dose is always the correct response either.

Sometimes Additional Binders May Be Another Option.
When temporary detox-related symptoms occur, many people assume (and we have historically been giving mainly the advice of) they have only 2 choices:
Reduce the dose.
Stop taking the product.
There are 2 other options worth considering.
Some individuals choose to add additional binding support through products such as modified citrus pectin, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, or other appropriate binders. This approach may increase overall binding capacity without necessarily increasing the amount of zeolite being consumed.
Others may experiment with doubling or tripling the dose.
Again, no single strategy has proven superior, but it represents other reasonable approaches that may be considered as part of an individualized program.
Different Products May Require Different Dosing Strategies
Although MasterPeace®, MasterSupport, and MasterRestore work together beautifully, they should not necessarily be viewed the same way when considering higher daily intakes.
MasterPeace® consists of our patented zeolite suspension and may be adjusted upward or downward depending on the individual and their goals.
MasterSupport combines micronized zeolite with buffering bicarbonates. Because its primary active ingredient remains the zeolite, some individuals may also choose higher daily intakes when appropriate.
MasterRestore is different. In addition to micronized zeolite, it contains fulvic mineral complex, which is intended to provide broad-spectrum trace minerals. For that reason, we generally recommend remaining at the suggested daily serving rather than pursuing substantially higher amounts.
Each product serves a different purpose within the overall program.
A Conservative Starting Point
Although some individuals ultimately do very well with larger daily amounts, we generally encourage new users to begin conservatively.
A simple approach is to begin with:
MasterPeace®: 1 drop daily
MasterSupport: ½ scoop daily
MasterRestore: ½ scoop daily
Gradually work toward the suggested serving size while paying attention to how your body responds.
If temporary detox-related symptoms occur, there are several reasonable options that may be considered.
1. No symptoms + objective improvements
This may suggest the current dose is a good fit. Possible response: Continue the current dose.
2. Mild temporary symptoms
This may mean the body is adapting, but symptoms alone do not tell us exactly what is happening. Possible response: Stay at the current dose, reduce slightly, or consider adding additional binders.
3. Significant symptoms
This may mean the current approach is not the best fit. Possible response: Reduce the dose, increase overall binding support, or in some cases discuss whether a higher dose may be appropriate.
4. No symptoms + no measurable changes
This may mean the current dose is still appropriate, or it may mean an adjustment is worth considering depending on the person’s goals. Possible response: Continue monitoring and reassess if appropriate.
At present, there is no reliable way to predict which approach will work best for any given individual.

Special Considerations
Children, pregnant women, and women who are breastfeeding should avoid aggressive dosing strategies. Because these populations have unique nutritional and physiological needs, we recommend working with an appropriately qualified healthcare practitioner before making significant adjustments beyond the suggested serving sizes.
Finding Your Sweet Spot
The best dose is not necessarily the highest dose. It is not necessarily the lowest dose either. The best dose is the one that allows your body to comfortably support your health goals while remaining consistent over time.
Science is still learning how individualized detoxification truly is. As more research becomes available, our understanding of dosing will undoubtedly continue to evolve.
Until then, thoughtful observation, objective testing when available, and individualized decision-making remain the most practical approach. Finding your own “sweet spot” is ultimately more valuable than following any universal dosing rule.
