What happens with my package? It is not possible to contact you. More than 3 weeks I waiting and I do not have any response from you. If I receive refund interest package will be much better. I really will start report you everywhere if I don’t receive any feedback back of the end of this week. This is what I only have from you since I ordered.

Hi Mary we got back to your emails and see the issue with the delivery of your package. We're happy to help. We send an extra bottle with all international orders heading outside the USA to help with international shipping inconveniences than may arise. Thanks for your patience we're a small team on email and we see your first email was two days ago.

Sorry for the late reply.

That good you see the issue with my delivery package, but why nobody informed me before my complain? Why I can’t track my order properly? How long will take to receive the second bottle? It is take more than a month. I do not want any bottle more. Even, I do not trust your strange company more. I want refund. I will check the email you sent to me.

When it ships we send a tracking email to the email address input on the order. Sometimes it goes to a spam folder. We also send an order confirmation email after ordering. Both to the email on the order.

Looking at the tracking for your initial shipment, we see that it isn't updating:
